Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

We ship from two fulfillment centers — California, USA and Hong Kong, China — depending on product availability and your shipping destination.
If your order includes items from both locations, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment once dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69.

Shipping Surcharges

Oversized or heavy items may incur an additional fee.
Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout, based on item weight and dimensions.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of contents or branding.
The return address will appear as “Shipping Department.”
For international orders, customs declarations will be minimal and discreet, unless full disclosure is required by law.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Any applicable import duties or taxes will be calculated and presented at checkout, where possible.
