Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your items and shipping details before placing your order.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist with a replacement — contact us as soon as possible at info@pillowsideplay.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Once a product leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return — even if unopened — for health and safety reasons.
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item with the same model at no additional cost.
Issues After 30 Days
If a defect appears after the 30-day window, we’re still here to help. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer to resolve the issue directly.
Return Instructions
All returns must be authorized before shipping. Please email us at info@pillowsideplay.com to request a return approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Pillowside Play does not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
